Personal Data

The App does not collect any personal information such as name, email and address.

All sensitive content are stored and encrypted on your device only (not transfered and stored on external server), where only you know the master password to decrypt such sensitive data.

The App use Google Analytics for Firebase{:target=“_blank”} to collect basic usage analytics and Crashlytics to collect application crash report.

Payment Information

If you make a purchase, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by the store (Google Play Store), who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

Information collected by third parties when you use the App

Usage Analytics

The App use Google Analytics for Firebase which collect application usage information.

Google Analytics for Firebase enable the collection of data about App Users, including via identifiers for mobile devices, cookies and similar technologies.

NOTE: Collection of Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID and Advertising Identifier for iOS) is disabled since LuaPass 1.2.1 (27 Sep 2018).

Data Retention: 14 months.

Crash Reporting

The App use Crashlytics which collect application crash report.

Personal Data collected:

• Installation UUID
• Crash traces

How data helps provide the service:

• Helping a customer associate crash data with specific instances of their app.

Retention:

• Crash traces and their associated identifiers are kept for 90 days.
